Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

Customers have 10 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or accept a return under any circumstances.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@luminousprintsstudio.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable. If your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
 

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be included

Returned items that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following:

  • Items returned in used or altered condition

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Claims must be made within the 10-day return window.

Please note: damage caused by mishandling, improper care, or customer error is not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees (original and return).

Refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.
