Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from our home studio in Pennsylvania. Please allow 2–5 business days for order preparation before shipment.
Processing time is separate from shipping time and applies regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.).
We are able to ship to USPS PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please note that delivery to military or PO Box addresses may take longer than standard timeframes and can require up to 10 additional business days.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

At checkout, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method. All shipping time frames below refer to transit time after your order has been processed:

  • USPS First Class Mail – 1–5 business days (economical; no tracking included)
  • USPS Ground Advantage – 2–5 business days (includes tracking)
  • USPS Priority Mail – 1–3 business days (includes tracking)
  • UPS Ground – 1–5 business days (includes tracking)

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your selected service and order weight.Orders eligible for free shipping will ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
In some cases, UPS Ground may be used as an alternative for larger or heavier orders to maintain delivery speed and cost-efficiency.

Important Notice:
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier (USPS or UPS). While we do our best to ensure timely processing and shipping, we cannot guarantee delivery times as factors beyond our control (e.g., weather delays, logistical issues, or holidays) may affect your package’s arrival. If there are any issues with your shipment, such as delays or misdeliveries, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for the most up-to-date tracking information and assistance:

Shipping Delays & Holiday Notice

Delivery estimates are provided directly by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Increased holiday shipping volume (especially from November 15 to December 31)

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable).
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package:

  • Please allow 3–5 business days after the delivery scan. Carriers sometimes scan packages prematurely.
  • Check with household members or neighbors.
  • Contact your local post office or UPS facility for assistance.

If the package has not arrived after 5 business days from the delivery scan, contact us at contact@luminousprintsstudio.com with your order number. We will do our best to assist you.
Please note: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We strongly recommend choosing a tracked shipping method for peace of mind.

Address Corrections

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, contact us at contact@luminousprintsstudio.com as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to reroute or update the delivery address.
